Payment:

Due to the limited number of spaces, advance booking is essential. Payment in full is required at time of booking (you will be emailed an invoice) and are only secured when payment is received.

You can use a bank transfer, cheque or drop the cash into the studios.

BACS payment information is at the bottom of the invoice I will send to you. Cheques to be made payable to Paula Tew.

Cancellations:

If your circumstances change and you have to cancel your place, a full refund will be given up to 1 month before the workshop/course. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the workshop/course 75% of the fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop/course, no refunds will be given. You can send a friend in your place for no extra charge, but please let me know who you are sending.

If some reason the workshop has to be cancelled by me, a full refund will be given, or the option to attend a re-scheduled session.

Courses with multiple dates:

Due to the nature of the courses and the very limited places it is difficult for me to offer a replacement session on another occasion if sessions are missed.
